Conscious Entrepreneur was founded by Alex Raymond in 2022 with a simple but radical premise: what if an entire event was dedicated exclusively to the conscious side of entrepreneurship? Not a segment within a larger conference. Not a wellness track. The whole thing.

In 2026, Arron Mansika takes the helm as CEO — bringing fifteen years of building conscious business communities, a proven methodology, and a vision that takes everything CE has built and scales it into something more: a full-year platform that serves founders 365 days a year.

Meet Arron Mansika
I started in community organizing. I believed then — and I believe now — that the root of every meaningful problem is the illusion of separateness. And the most powerful thing any of us can do is attend to that illusion within ourselves first, then model what’s possible on the other side of it.
For fifteen years, I co-created and led Naturally Colorado — which grew into the Naturally Network, the largest membership community in the U.S. for conscious companies in the $350B natural products industry. I introduced the principles of conscious leadership into that business community so gradually, so skillfully, that people showed up to a networking event and felt, for the first time, like they were exactly where they were supposed to be.
Then I built MindfulYour.Business — a proprietary professional development curriculum called Awareness as Advantage — and delivered it to thousands of professionals across companies like Bobo’s Oat Bars, Oracle, Rowdy Mermaid, and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce.
Conscious Entrepreneur is the next incarnation. The platform I’ve been building toward my whole career without knowing it was this.
I am the CEO and owner of Conscious Entrepreneur. I’m also the singular trainer who grounds every participant in the same foundational framework — and then connects them with the right coach, the right community, the right next step.
