OUR STORY
The Conscious Entrepreneur Summit, founded by Alex Raymond in 2022, started with a powerful premise: what if an entire event was dedicated exclusively to the internal experience of being an entrepreneur?
Since then, we have convened four Summits and related events, 1,000 purpose-driven founders, and world-class speakers. Dr. Benjamin Hardy, Ryan Holiday, Rachel Romer, Brad Feld, and a chorus of passionate, eloquent, evocative thought leaders assemble – in real life – with a steady annual downbeat.

Meet Arron Mansika
I started in community organizing. I believed then — and I believe now — that the root of every meaningful problem is the illusion of separateness. And the most powerful thing any of us can do is attend to that illusion within ourselves first, then model what’s possible on the other side of it.
For fifteen years, I co-created and led Naturally Colorado — which grew into Naturally Network, the largest membership community in the U.S. for conscious companies in the $350B natural products industry.
Then I built MindfulYour.Business — a proprietary professional development curriculum called Awareness as Advantage — and delivered it to thousands of professionals across organizations like Bobo’s Oat Bars, Oracle, Semester at Sea, and the CU Leeds School of Business.
I align my personal values with my professional ambition.
I measure my social impact by the depth of relationship I hold with founders of transformative companies, social entrepreneurs improving our future, and a coaching and training community who caringly support in ways few people can.
