Conscious Entrepreneur
Women’s Leadership Forum

A 4-month peer-to-peer forum designed for women entrepreneurs, by women entrepreneurs

We’ve been told entrepreneurship is hard.
Does it have to be?

Solitude is not Strong

For founders and solopreneurs alike, the journey is immensely difficult while isolated or under-supported. We carry the weight of ambiguity and responsibility, often needing to make decisions on the fly, with imperfect information. At the same time, we do our best to embody opposing energies of creativity and optimism, birthing creations, spinning value from void, and briniging along stakeholders with enthusiasm and conviction.

We Need Space for Learning & Processing

While we might survive leading as entrepreneurs on our own, it’s rare to find an isolated entrepreneur who is thriving personally and professionally without a supportive community at her back. Sometimes, advisors, boards, therapists, coaches, family, or friends give safe harbor for supportive processing, but often impartially and unsuccessfully for what we need to thrive.

Leading can be taxing mentally, emotionally & physically

The challenges we face in entrepreneurship are both skill-based and emotion-based. For venture-backed founders, speaking to investors and board members isn’t confidential. For solopreneurs, speaking to family and friends often lacks the professional expertise required to navigate complex issues. For women leaders of all kinds, existing networks can often lean traditional or masculine, feeling limited, inauthentic, and unsatisfying to the emergent conscious woman entrepreneur.

Early-stage women and solopreneurs:

Welcome to a new kind of support scaffolding

What is the Conscious Entrepreneur Women's Leadership Forum?

A confidential space where women entrepreneurs can openly exchange ideas and insights, drawing from shared experiences.

The forum brings together 12 women for four months of intimate, facilitated sessions, led by serial entrepreneur and venture coach Cristina Poindexter, and co-hosted by the Conscious Entrepreneur community.

The forum includes:

  • 4 months of membership in a private, curated circle of early-stage women founders & solopreneurs, moderated weekly.
  • 9 virtual forum sessions (about two per month), each lasting 90-120 minutes.
  • Ongoing, asynchronous peer support through Circle chat, tackling tactical, strategic, managerial, or emotional challenges.
  • Deep, lasting connections with experienced women entrepreneurs and leaders.
  • A safe, confidential space to share sensitive issues, process openly, and receive both tactical and emotional support.
  • Discounted access to the 2025 Conscious Entrepreneur Summit (package dependent).
  • Access to Conscious Entrepreneur’s full video resource library.
  • An optional in-person meetup in Boulder, Colorado, at a date to be determined.

A forum for women to grow as leaders by pausing and reflecting

There is no way to lead perfectly, but it is possible to get better at the craft, especially when we carve out time to reflect on what’s transpired, seek the counsel of others who understand, and get informed perspective.

We can surprise ourselves when asked for our own wisdom. Given the opportunity, we hear ourselves articulate our own unconscious wisdom that comes from having been there, done that, and learned it the hard way. This flywheel process helps us offload and improve at the craft of leading to go from surviving in the job to thriving in the vocation.

4-Month Membership:

Nov 2024 – March 2025

Forum Gatherings will be held at 5:30pm MT on Thursdays for 90-120 minutes on the following dates:

  • November 21
  • December 5, 19
  • January 2, 16, 30
  • February 13, 27
  • March 13

Gather virtually every other week

Whether you’re fundraising, preparing for a product launch, or seeking the right agency to help scale your business, this program is designed to support you. Every other week, you’ll have the chance to bring your current questions, challenges, or roadblocks to the forum. With a group of experienced peers, we’ll engage in collaborative problem-solving, strategic brainstorming, and shared support. On the entrepreneurial journey, tactical, strategic, and emotional challenges often intertwine, and this is where we come together to tackle them.

We meet every other Thursday at 5:30pm MT for a 90-120 minute session. Join in whatever way works best for you—whether that’s over dinner, with kids or pets in the background, or even while walking or driving with your camera off.

This forum is an investment in yourself, and what you put in, you will get back. Led by Cristina Poindexter, the program will be shaped to provide maximum benefit to the group, ensuring everyone grows together.

Ask and Receive in a Private Group

Between sessions, we’ll stay connected through Circle, where you can ask for support and share insights. Each week, Cristina will prompt discussions, share resources, and invite participation. Open conversation is encouraged, covering topics relevant to early-stage startups and solopreneurs, including financing, hiring, product development, marketing, and scaling. We’ll also address mindset and emotional needs, offering everything from active listening to reframing perspectives and accountability, based on what you need most.,

Curated Membership for Relevance and Psychological Safety

Female-identifying entrepreneurs are invited to apply for this forum, specifically designed for early-stage founders (pre-Series A) and solopreneurs in active executive roles with majority ownership stakes.

To foster psychological safety, each group is carefully curated. We ensure that no members compete within the same industry, allowing for open, honest discussions. This approach encourages vulnerability and ensures that everyone feels safe sharing challenges without concern for external consequences. All members will commit to confidentiality, creating a trusted and supportive space for growth.

Optional In-person Colorado Meeting

While participants are welcome to join from anywhere, we’ll offer an opportunity to gather in-person in Boulder, Colorado sometime during the course of forum for those who would like to meet each other in person.

Add 1-on-1 Support with Venture Coaching

You have two package options:

a) Forum membership only
b) Forum + Venture Coaching with Cristina.

What is Venture Coaching?

Venture Coaching blends executive coaching, therapy, and the support of a co-founder. Led by experienced founders, it helps entrepreneurs navigate the strategic, tactical, and emotional challenges of building a business. Whether you need an unbiased perspective, emotional support, or hands-on help from someone who’s been in the trenches, a venture coach can be an invaluable ally.

This optional add-on gives Forum members one-on-one time with Cristina to work through specific challenges. Venture Coaching is especially helpful for:

  • First-time founders not pursuing the accelerator route.
  • Founders navigating financing or raising capital.
  • Solo entrepreneurs seeking support and feedback to scale.
  • Women looking to embrace their intuition, break free from outdated leadership models, and develop their own unique styles.
